Summary: Everything was good except for wifi. There wasn't any on our 15th floor room. I contacted the reservation desk many times to complain. To be fair they did offer a room change but we were settled in and thought they would fix it. Terrible for a nice place like that. I depend on wifi for business and pleasure so it was not good. In this electronic era, get with the program Chateau Lacombe!

Summary: The hotel was nice and the food was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The beds were not very comfortable and the rooms could use an update, otherwise a great hotel for the price and being downtown.

Summary: I was told I had reserved for two rooms, although my reservation said for one room only. The remote for the TV was old and for seemed to be for elderly people. I had someone knock at my door persistently for 3 minutes at midnight, that did not make me feel like the building was safe.

Summary: Stay was good. The gentleman in the front counter extended extra help when we requested a microwave and a fridge. He was very helpful and courteous. We weren't able to get his name to thank him. The view was perfect.
