Positive: Breakfast was very good and was served only to my wife and me in the dining room. The owner and her staff was perfect! The surroundings was very nice, as the castle was situated in a smaller forest but close to the main roads.

Negative: Nothing to complain about.

Positive: The property as first constructed is amazing and has been restored in a very sympathetic way to create a beautiful castle with excellent amenity.

Negative: The only issue was that the property doesn’t do dinner and there don’t seem to be any restaurants nearby where you can get it. Having said that, the staff could not have been more accommodating in allowing us to bring food and use the dining room, glasses, jug etc.

Summary: A very special experience made more so by the kindness of the staff.
