Positive: From the moment we arrived, we loved every single minute of our stay at Chateau Mezger. Ben and Adam are absolute superstar hosts who make you feel genuinely cared for, and Ben’s cooking was undeniably one of the biggest highlights of our trip—every meal was fantastic. The chateau itself offers a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere to unwind, but what truly takes your breath away is the decor. Walking through the doors feels like stepping directly into a romantic, bygone era. If you are looking for great hospitality, incredible food, and a genuinely unique retreat, Chateau Mezger is unmatched. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and can't wait to return!

Positive: We stayed there to celebrate my husband’s birthday party in Montauban. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are very confortable. We had breakfast and Ben prepared croissant, coffee and fruits. We didn’t try the swimming pool because they are cleaning it and we didn’t have time to wait until it’s clean, but it looks amazing. We are looking forward to visit again. Thank you
Negative: Only suggestion, the electric toilet, hope they can change it as it is very fragile and likely clogs easily.

Positive: Superb place for a stopover and relax. Room was huge and luxury bathroom. Excellent breakfast and lovely pool area. We stayed at 9 locations during our European tour and this was by far the best. The Chateau itself was well maintained with many original features.
Negative: Only thing we would have liked was a kettle and coffee cups in the room.
Summary: Well worth a detour to stay at this beautiful house.

Positive: A lovely few days in a beautiful house. Ben and Adam are superhosts - nothing is too much trouble. Ben cooked us a delicious three course dinner on our first night, with a bottle of wine, very good value for money. Adam recommended us a restaurant in Montauban another evening and sorted the booking for us - Segment Bar (very good food). We would not hesitate to return to Château Mezger.
Negative: Nothing to dislike.

Positive: Such a beautiful castle in a beautiful environment and a perfect stay to relax and as a base to visit the surroundings. Everything is with love of detail and well done. The hosts and their dogs are extremely nice and always there to answer any questions. We especially enjoyed the pool during our stay due to the heat.
