Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. We had some very noisy teenagers on our floor running and yelling near midnight. Called the front desk and they took care of it. It would be nice if hotels didnt put couples on the same floors as families.

Summary: I have stayed at Nova many times several at the yellowhead ‎Location multiple consecutive times at the location closest to Kingsway we stayed on a Thursday Friday night so it wasn’t super busy. We were informed the cleaning staff only cleans the room every third night however, if we wanted something we could request it from the desk as we did and picked up extra coffee and got some clean towels from the cart in the hall definitely seem to be lacking on the customer service end of the business restaurant was no longer open no complementary breakfast or breakfast at all. Highly unlikely will stay there again.

Summary: The king size beds are always so comfortable. The restaurant has a great selection of good food and drinks. It’s a little off the beaten path, but worth it!
