Our condo is on the property of: The Whitecap Ski & Golf Resort is at the gateway to Michigan's scenic Upper Peninsula and on the doorstep of the Chequamegon National Forest, Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands. The resort is within an hour of 30+ waterfalls and six historic lighthouses built between 1863 and 1898. We are just minutes from the historic mining and lumbering towns of Hurley, Wisconsin and Ironwood, Michigan. The Whitecap Lodge features a large indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. All kinds of activities are available for kids from 1 to 101 - from golf to fishing, to hiking, to swimming in Weber Lake, or the indoor pool or to soaking in the Jacuzzi, *POOL & HOT TUB $5 per person to resort* to sitting around and chatting with family members in our many nooks and crannies or at the family fireside circle.• The Whitecap Mountains are located in the ancient Penokee Mountain Range of Lake Superior - rising up from the shores of Weber Lake, a pristine spring fed mountain lake with boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing and swimming. Kayak and Sailing junkets are available on Lake Superior through The Whitecap Kayaking Excursions.

Summary: The property has been recently remodeled. Nice updates! The layout is perfect for a family stay. Plenty of space to make meals and enjoy each other's company. And all the coat hooks over heaters, amazing for drying ski wear. Best of all - step out the door and you are on Whitecap Mountain! Highly recommend!!

Summary: We had a blast and our accommodations were the best we have ever had at White Cap! The place was newly remodeled and the beds were new along with new flooring and everything was very clean and well stocked. We will definitely remember this unit for next time we come to White Cap.

Summary: We had a great time. The location on the hill was perfect for beginners as well as advanced skiers/snowboarders. There was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. The sauna was a perfect ending to a long day on the slopes. There were a couple lights that flickered nonstop when turned on but other than that it was a very enjoyable stay! We will definitely stay again!

Summary: This place was perfect!! It was great for in and out skiing, plenty of room 12 people. This place had everything we needed and more. It was clean, and the location was amazing. You just pop on your skis and you are on the lift! We can't wait to come back next year!!

Summary: Came up to Whitecap for a ATVing trip. Location was right on trail 6 and plenty of space for trailer. House was as described and owner was great to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Summary: The condo has everything that we needed. Very roomy, etc. But, there were some drawbacks. (1) The portable air conditioning (A/C) was bad as it didn't cool the entire unit. On the advertisement, the amenity of A/C should be removed until central A/C or several A/C units are permanently installed. The liquid soap in the hand soap dispensers were empty and soap bars weren't available. Poor explanation of the outdoor grill (whether they were gas grill or whatever) and no charcoals weren't available. Instead, we were forced to use kitchen appliances to grill hamburgers. Some of the show heads need to be replaced. Lastly, the lighting system wasn't that good (lights were flashing too often).

Summary: This place was exceptional. The owners seemed to think of everything from the littlest detail ( hooks everywhere for coats, towels, and snow pants) to the absolutely necessary ( ridiculously comfortable beds). The kitchen was so well stocked; we loved having a quesadilla maker. The place was so clean and comfortable. The location with a ski in out setting was unbeatable. Cannot wait to return.
