Summary: Very friendly welcoming staff. In lovely position right opposite Hagley Park and lovely walk to Botanic Gardens and city. Comfortable beds and warm room. Nice bar and restaurant but near to lots of shops restaurants cafes

Summary: We loved the view of the garden surroundings from our ground floor room. The breakfast buffet was had everything we could ask for. Again in lovely surroundings. Our only comment would be the airconditioning blowing down on the bed which affected our sinuses.

Summary: Room was Too hot! Bed was hot too! Hubby didn’t mind. Shower, over bath, difficult for octogenarians. Pressure too strong. Almost had a flood. Not enough heat in the water.

Summary: Lots of construction. Roof repairs ongoing. Offered an upgrade but wanted us to pay for it. Beds were uncomfortable. Cookies were a nice touch. Close to park and botanical gardens.

Summary: Good hotel, handy to a bunch of nice restaurants and close to the city. The room was a little outdated, the bed was very uncomfortable and the Ac wasn’t working properly. Also, the water faucet had an issue and no cold water was coming out
