Positive: Very beautiful location. Staff were performatively friendly, though far warmer to big Russian speaking group.

Negative: Room exceedingly noisy with guests upstairs - wooden badly constructed chalet.

Positive: What an amazing place. Nestled among serene vineyards with beautiful views of the mountain range, it feels peaceful from the moment you arrive. But what truly makes this place special are the hosts. They make you feel welcome and at home instantly. From the homemade eco-friendly breakfasts to the wine, every detail was thoughtful and full of care. We loved every moment of our stay. Hands down the best place we stayed in Georgia. Wishing them all the very best.

Positive: Ideal location for exploring the wine region. Very peaceful stay alongside the vineyard. We had breakfast and dinner throughout our stay, and it every meal was so delicious. The staff is so incredibly friendly, welcoming and made us feel like we were at home. Rooms were very clean and beds super comfortable. Highly recommend!

Negative: Perhaps a few more small amenities in the room could be a nice touch such as a luggage stand, a kettle, coffee, and mugs, otherwise overall it was a great stay.

Positive: We stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The staff? Love love love! Vlad was so communicative, kind, and helpful. His wife Ana was the absolute sweetest. The vineyard dog ViVi was just a doll. The owners had a large party on the day we were leaving and even invited us to attend (though we were unable to make it). Hospitality was fantastic. As were the views! And Ana's pancakes were yummmm. :) Miss them all already! Grateful they gave us a wonderful experience we were more than ready for.

Negative: Our only complaint is that the rooms are quite small. We don't mind small! But there was next to no where to place the luggage, so we were constantly in each other's way or having to get creative with our things.

Summary: Unique, uber friendly, and beautiful!

Positive: The property is in a gorgeous location with views of vineyards, mountains and greenery around. It was a wonderful and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Vladimir was extremely welcoming and hospitable upon my arrival, his wife Anna was lovely and made an amazing breakfast each morning, Vivi the dog offered free pet therapy and cuddles, and property owner Georgi and family were extremely kind and welcoming, even organizing a short horseback ride around the property. If you are looking for a place to be still, take sunset walks, and always have a glass half full of wine (and another liter waiting), this is a wonderful oasis.

Negative: Without a car, it is a bit challenging to get around, but there is really no need to leave the property.

Summary: A little slice of heaven.

Positive: Such an amazing beautiful setting! The view from the room was incomparable. The pool was cool, refreshing and relaxing. Vladimir and his wife were perfect hosts, kind, welcoming, helpful and tried some of their local wine. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the air con good. The place overall relaxing and an excellent find.

Negative: It is out of town and therefore you need a car to get back and forth. It was initially a little difficult to sort taxis but once we found a couple of numbers it was ok David on +995 551 30 06 20 was helpful. It was 15 gel to town. The plumbing system runs on a pump so the water was a little variable and there could be an odd smell in the bathroom, an issue we actually had in a few places in Georgia. The room has limited storage space. Would just keep in mind if staying there for a longer time.

Positive: It was a great pleasure to stay at Chateau Resse for 2 nights. We wholeheartedly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and welcoming company (as well as the tasty wine). Vladimir, Anna, and their dogs made us feel right at home! Breakfast was great, and we also enjoyed a super tasty dinner at the location. Pool and balcony are amazing for relaxing and enjoying the view. Especially but not only when the weather is great. Parking is easy. Rooms are clean, cozy, and smell like fresh wood.

Negative: Rooms are a little small for 2 large suitcases, but we made it work (there is enough space under the bed).

Positive: The hosts are the most amazing and warm people, they definitely made our stay. They were there for evey small need and we eventually decided to stay another night. The view is amazing and the pool is great. The hosts provided everything from a cup of tea late at night to a yoga mat! The shower was great and the exterior was equipped with tanning beds and benches

Negative: The room is a bit small but why would you be in your room in this amazing place
