Summary: the room smelled like pungent cigarette smoke, there were cigarette burn holes in the chair, unwiped end tables with sticky residue spots on those end tables. there was also clearly something wiped on the bathroom walls by someone’s hand.

Summary: First off the bathroom glass in the door was broken so there was no privacy when using the bathroom. Then on top of that it was all types of debris all through out the room on the floor. And we had issues with the door not working.. Overall it was one of the worst rooms that i ever stayed at.. The rooms are not as shown on the listing at all....

Summary: They advertise that the room has a jacuzzi when it’s just a large bathtub. The room was not very clean, the floors were slick and they don’t provide more than 2 towels.

Summary: Overall, the stay was ok. No major problems, but the mattress was awful. My wife and I were in town for a convention, but we cut out the last day of the trip to head home because neither of us could sleep well on the mattress and were both in pain. The room itself was fairly bare bones for being "the dream suite." No table or space to sit and eat comfortably. There was also a hole in the drywall we didn't notice until after the staff had left for the night. I reported it on check-out and am hoping we don't get blamed for it. If you don't have back issues, it's not a bad place to stay.
