Summary: Everything about our stay at Chateau Yering was excellent starting with the extremely friendly staff at check-in, our well-appointed spacious room that was quiet and comfortable and great breakfast in a lovely setting

Summary: Staff were great and room was equally good with great views from the upper level. There are lots of sitting areas. While the swimming pool was not available, we were not planning to use this. The only slight difficulty was that there was no restaurant for an evening meal, we would have gone to the Yarra Glen pub but this was being renovated also.

Summary: I was disappointed with my stay because several details listed about the hotel were inaccurate. There is no airport shuttle service, and lunch is not provided, contrary to what was advertised. The room itself also needs attention. The sofas and bed are outdated and should be repaired or replaced. The air conditioner in my room was not functioning properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. That said, I would like to acknowledge the dining room staff. They were very kind, attentive, and clearly trying their best despite the limitations. I truly appreciated their effort.
