Summary: This was a wonderful stay. The owners were very friendly and left us plenty of information on things to do, places to eat, etc. It was quiet and and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.

Summary: I only needed a clean room, a good bathroom with shower, and a TV. This facility had exactly all of that. I wasn't paying for services and extras that I wouldn't be using, so this was a great choice for me. I will definitely consider using it again on my next visit to Cape Cod.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were clean, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in with everything we could need. We love old New England architecture and buildings and really appreciated the creative and beautiful work done when this space was updated without losing it's old world eclectic charm. Bob was the perfect host.

Summary: Spacious apartment in an historic building. Thoughtfully decorated interior - beautiful woodwork. Quiet, clean, comfortable and air-conditioned. Private outside entrance. Owner was very knowledgeable, helpful, and accessible. We would happily stay here again if we're ever in Chatham.

Summary: liked it all, except for the bedroom upstairs, and the bathroom downstairs--during the middle of the night it was a long trip down to the bathroom.
