Positive: The rooms were comfortable enough and breakfast buffet was ok, but the staff were very professional and accommodating. I sent a message that it was my wife's birthday and they surprised her with cake and flowers. So lovely! Room service was quite reasonable, tasty with large portions. Overall a good stay.
Negative: The elevator was under repair, which they notified us about after we made the reservation. They gave us rooms on the second floor to make it a bit easier for our young children, but perhaps a little discount would have been in order?

Positive: The staff is extremely friendly, extremely helpful.they helped me get bus transportation to my Boat trip out of the country.
