Summary: Hotel is nice & staff was friendly. I found a roach in my bathroom. I also ate at one of the restaurants. Granted I went there late, the food was so cold. My child spilled the soup, as soon as it came. I didn't ask for them to remove it from the bill, but they saw it spill, they cleaned it up. The nice thing to do would have been for them to remove it, they didn't. Was it overall nice, sure. Would I go back, not really.
