Summary: Absolutely amazing, from the desk greeting you with Champagne, a Huge room, beautifully decorated, many bars, and great restaurants. Been many places in the world and this could be at the top the list. Only 3 hours driving time away already making plans for return visit.

Summary: This was our second time at this hotel. We had a lagoon view room this time rather than ocean front. The lagoon did look amazing but if I went again I wouldn’t compromise and would book the ocean view. The resort was very busy and it was hard for us to get a lounger by the pool, that said the pool area is lovely, and adjoining a couple of tiki bars. The only problem was the yucky stench of the seaweed which smelt like rotten eggs that the breeze wafted into the pool area every so often. We decided to eat out and the free shuttle bus to anywhere within 2 miles is a great asset. My daughter and husband enjoyed fishing on the pier the cost of which was included in the resort fee. Still a beautiful resort, and I’m sure we will return again some day

Summary: The lobby looks lovely and check in was easy then we had a nice lunch. The room is not great. The bathroom was in poor condition. The shower head wasn’t great and the pocket door had seen better days. We didn’t really spend time using the amenities but from afar they looked good. In terms of the room, I expected more from a luxury level hotel.
