Situated right along the Seneca wine trail with a beautiful view and access to the lake, this flat is the perfect spot for exploring the finger lakes with easy access to Watkins Glen which is a 10 minute drive away. The flat is on the top floor of a two storey apartment right across the road from Finger Lakes distillery and Damiani wines and have free on site parking. We are pet friendly too.

Summary: This property was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to cook meals there. Location was great, right next to a winery and distillery, with lots of breweries close by as well. The kitchen does have a little crawl space just as you come in the door. The crawl space was leaning against two screws and the garbage can, so it kept falling throughout the weekend. The kitchen lights kept turning on and off our third night. Which was a little spooky. This location is a shared residence so keep that in mind when booking. We were staying for a bachelorette trip, so knowing there were kids/family we didn't want to be to loud. All in all it worked out well and was a good trip.

Summary: We stayed during the off season (April) and loved the location of this place to some of our favorite wineries! It's also a quick trip into Watkins Glen. The place itself was quirky with a fully stocked kitchen and clean bathroom. We saw the owners a few times and they are incredibly friendly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Other reviews complained about the beds but we didn't mind them at all. The living space was perfect for our two kids to play.

Summary: My husband, two teenagers, and I spent the weekend here while visiting nearby family. We brought our dog and enjoyed playing games late into the evening. This rental was great even for a very cold winter weekend and Manny responded to my questions within minutes as I prepared for the trip.

Summary: The host, Manny, is extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is clean and provides plenty of kitchen supplies. We especially enjoyed the beautiful wine glasses. The listing is just across the street from a distillery and winery- walkable. Vinyl flooring is new. Cannot beat the view! Woke up looking over the lake! Other than the flooring, other updates are minimal. Seating, beds, and other furnishings/linens are dated.

Summary: We stayed at the property for 2 nights. Based on past reviews and owner communication, we knew what to expect, for the most part. It was a nice little apartment, and had a nice view of the lake, which was a huge selling point for us. One major downside for all of us was the comfort level of the mattresses.. (could possibly be fixed with some foam mattress toppers). Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The place is very disappointing to pull up to. Thr parking lot is overgrown with weeds. The inside has been redone and is very nice. The deck is great, the view is amazing. The mattresses are awful. The second night we ended up sleeping on the pullout couch, but that was tough because it got sunlight by 6:00. In summary, we don’t regret being there. The place was very clean and the kitchen area was well stocked. It was tough not being able to sleep well, but that was the only real negative. I’m sure they will continue to improve the outside over time.

Summary: We arrived on June 2nd and we had no problems with the keyless entrey. The heat outside was really hot so when we entered the property we opened all windows and turned on the two fans. The ceiling fan helped a little. The apartment was clean, plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen supplies. We did have to empty the kitchen garbage and toss some opened items in fridge. As the sun went down the place became cooler and we sat on the porch for hours. The sunset was beautiful as was the view of the lake. The bedroom facing the lake had a full size bed which was very firm. The second bedroom had a 3/4 bed bigger than single but not a double bed. My friend and I brought mattresses and placed them in front of the glass door. We slept like babies. We had a little problem Friday night, so I reached out to the owner and he was able to fix the little problem immediately. We hired a driver and toured the wineries all day Saturday. The apartment remained really cool all day long. When we cooked dinner that night we noticed that the left burner knobs didn’t really sync with one another. The knobs went in opposite directions but we caught that early so we didn’t burn anything. A couple of screens in the window would crack open when the wind blew so we placed a book in front and there were no problems. The shower was glorious. Our favorite parts were the kitchen, deck and the location. Manny was very kind and we enjoyed our getaway immensely. Thank you
