Summary: The property was clean and in a great neighborhood, which we loved. Very close to a high school. You could see and hear the kids practicing for band right from the property which we found very charming. Only problem was the property had a very pungent odor which was very unpleasant. So unpleasant that i would wake up at night and still smell the odor. Not sure was but like a chemical kusky smell. pungen

Summary: I needed a place to stay for my son's wedding. My wife and one daughter had things to do leading up to the wedding day. So they had the place for 3 days. It was a nice space and close to venue. On the wedding day it was a great place to change, for my wife and I, and 3 kids. Also, it was a great place to stay after the wedding.

Summary: There were some broken things on the kitchen. No dishwasher. Very hot upstairs and the quiet time rules seemed odd as we didn’t know it was a duplex. No dresser and missing handles on drawers. Would not stay here again.

Summary: Overall the place served our purposes and was a good stay. Didn’t know it was a duplex and didn’t see a grill that was listed but didn’t impact our stay much. Cabinets in the kitchen had moldy bread/food which is the only (tiny) complaint if any.

Summary: We were in town for a family wedding. This house was a nice fit for our budget and close enough to main roads to make it easy to get around. The only negative was the listing showed a king, a queen & 2 doubles, but the doubles are actually twin beds. We made it work.

Summary: The house was really nice and clean enough. The neighbourhood was also nice and pleasant. The landlord though rarely texted back when we had questions, gave us the wrong code for the door, never answered our calls and was quite simply disinterested in helping us.

Summary: The day of arrival I received the entry info and for for the first time found out this property was a duplex. The property listing NEVER stated that the rental was a duplex or we wouldn’t have rented it. The entry information also notated that quiet hours were from 8 PM-7 AM. Again, this should have been included in the listing as it probably would have insured that I book a different property. The main level was fairly clean. The upper level could have used a good cleaning. The steps to the basement had a film of dirt all the way down. When we got into the house it was over 80 degrees inside. The thermostat cannot be changed by the occupants, only by the owner. So I had to message him to have the temp lowered. All the bedrooms were on the upper level which was the hottest part of the property of course. He turned the temperature down to 51 degrees (which is ridiculous…) but the ac unit is too small for the property and couldn’t possibly keep up and cool the unit. The next day my husband saw there was a carpet of dirt and grime on the AC unit coils so we notified the owner. He had someone come and clean them off. The house still wasn’t cooling properly and it was miserable in the house with no real solution offered by the owner. In fact when I asked him a question about why the unit would turn off when we locked the door to leave and turn on when we entered the entry code he didn’t even bother to respond. Disappointing stay. Do not recommend.
