Summary: We stayed here with our kids for a nearby event. It was easy to get to, is a safe neighborhood, and the house was a good size for us. There isn’t much of a backyard. I wish my kids could have played out back, but we were gone most of the time, so it wasn’t a big deal. Perfect for coming and going and spending the night.

Summary: The house is situated in the perfect location in a quiet area. You have Costco and a grocery store a few blocks away. Freeway access is perfect as well. For those that are needing WIFI for work their wifi is fast which was perfect for our needs since I had to work while on this trip.

Summary: This property was very clean and it was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room. It would be nice for someone traveling with a pet. It did not smell of pet and we didn't see any evidence of pets. Manager was very helpful and polite.

Summary: The listing stated "deck overlooking the beautifully maintained yard." The front yard was not mowed. The back yard is all rock which was fine but it was not maintained. It had lots of leaves all over, broken furniture left on the patio, a bucket with empty beer cans. The inside was comfortable. A dining table would be nice. We also had issues with ants. There was a line of them from the sliding door in the living room into the kitchen. There was also towels left in the washer and dryer. So I had to empty dryer to use it.

Summary: Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much. We brought our two dogs and they enjoyed the stay too. The yard is fenced and secure for the dogs. There is one large-(ish) gap underneath the backyard gate that a small dog might be able to squeeze under, so keep that in mind. The yard has gravel and no grass, but our dogs are used to a gravel yard and it was absolutely no problem for us. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Nice washing machine and dryer. My only slight disappointment was the fact that there was no dining table. There is a large bar, but only two stools for seating. This was MY fault for not paying attention to the pictures better. We had family over and there were 7 of us eating and trying to play board games one evening. So again, this is my fault and not a negative against the host. I had a few questions during our stay and the host is very good about replying quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This home was very open and spacious for my work team during their stay. The backyard was a nice size as well, though the weeds made it difficult to play yard games. A safe neighborhood and comfortable stay overall!
