Summary: Very comfortable, older home that suited our needs well. The property is dated (as stated by the hosts), but it was clean and tidy and all we needed. It has a very spectacular pool area, which is lovely, but is kind of distanced from the house, and is the only outdoor sitting area. I would have liked an outdoor sitting area right next to the house - the courtyard right off the main living area would be ideal, but there was no seating there. I was the only one of us three to use the pool or pool area. Some people have said the beds were really comfy. The main bed is really saggy, and the mattress needs replacing. The other queen bed is very, very squeaky. My 6 foot 4 son chose to sleep in the smallest of the single beds, as it was the most comfortable. A few kitchen items missing that I would consider necessities, such as a pair of scissors, and some proper tall water glasses (my husband went and bought some). The living room needs some ambient lighting; no lamps in the living room at all, just overhead... Plus no bedside tables in two of the bedrooms, and only one lamp in one of the bedrooms, and none in the bedroom with two single beds.

Summary: When we arrived the place was thick with cobwebs, the table and benchtops sticky. This took hours to clean. Once the cleaning was attended to (by us) we had a very pleasant stay - the swimming pool proving a great hit for us all.

Summary: Very comfortable well stocked home away from home. Secure back yard for Pooch and right next to off lead park. Having 2 separate areas for entertainment in the house would be great for a larger party. We enjoyed a comfortable bed, Netflix and takeaway food. Would return to make use of the pool. Bit too chilly this time.
