Less than 10 minutes to downtown, 30 minutes to lake Michigan, and 20 minutes to Gun Lake Casino. The airport is just over 10 minutes away and only 5 minutes to Metro hospital. Our home is located on a peaceful residential cul-de-sac and close to many shopping centers and restaurants.

Summary: This home was perfect. Enjoyed our stay. We originally planned for 6 to stay but ended up with 5. Enough room for everyone. Nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. Host responded quickly to all questions. Would not hesitate to stay again when the opportunity comes again.

Summary: No access to the washer and dryer and some of the doors were locked ! TV was difficult to find stations w/o paying ! We could have used some basic items, like paper plates,Kleenex’s cups !

Summary: We were attending a wedding in grand rapids for the weekend. We had 3 couples. We found the house to be clean and perfect for our needs on this trip. The 3 BDRS were sufficient and the main sitting area allowed us to get together for socializing. The kitchen had everything we needed.Top draws included the proximity to stores like Walmart, Kroger, Meijers etc which allowed us to pickup supplies for the weekend. We were within 5-7 miles from downtown Grand Rapids which was perfect as we spent most of our time there. Communication was great throughout the process and we would not hesitate to stay there again if we are in that area.

Summary: All good - only a couple of issues: 1. a/c was very slow to bring the temp down 2. Wi-Fi kicked out multiple times 3. Hand railing to the basement needs to be more stable and reinforced for safety reasons.
