Summary: It is great if you just need a place to sleep for your family. the bare essentials as far as sleeping and kitchen arrangements. Little to no amenities to elevate the property. we bought a grill to BBQ. Again the property met the intent.

Summary: The property was very nice! It was clean and very accommodating for us! It was only 10 miles from the Pensacola College where we played our games and 20-30 minutes from the beach! My only issue was one night we pulled up and the house on the corner had 2 cop cars and a crime scene unit there! This made me very nervous! But I can say it was very quiet and had we not come in at the time I would have never known! Overall we enjoyed our stay!
