Summary: Excellent property management and communication made this stay very easy. My family was displaced from our home due to construction and was able to, very last minute, secure this property for four nights. For non locals, this property has close access to all major highways making travel ideal to Philly, Delaware, or southern NJ.

Summary: We stayed here while attending a lacrosse tournament in Philadelphia. We had 3 teens, 2 smaller children, and 2 adults. Plenty of room! Location was great. We were able to use the kitchen to cook meals. Definitely will stay here again!

Summary: It was perfect for what we needed. Close to Philly ( 10/15min) It will comfortably sleep 6 people. The dryer did not work but when we spoke to the manager, he quickly said they would be replacing it. The upstairs room stayed a little bit warmer than the rest of the house but there was a box fan provided to help.

Summary: The place was immaculate when we arrived. Smelled great and was seriously clean. We stayed with our 2 larger sized dogs and they were most pleased with the fenced in yard. We stayed for 2 weeks while we searched for permanent residence because we were relocating to the area. Property owner did not bother us and the cost was fair. Check in was a little delayed due to the cleaners still finishing up so we were not able to check in until 630 pm after having drove for 6 hours but overall it was not a terrible inconvenience. We did try to reach out toowner during our stay once and did not receive a response. Other than that the communication with booking was fine. The house is lovely, as well as the neighborhood. Plenty of cooking supplies and cleaning supplies. Towels and sponges and all that stuff. It’s proximity to Philly and highways is delightful.

Summary: The stay was good for the basics. Traveled with 5 family members. For the price it suited our needs. Wish there was a little more communication from the host initially as i was getting nervous that I had heard nothing until 10 pm the night before our stay. Good neighborhood, enough room for us.

Summary: I really don’t like to leave negative reviews so I struggled with this one, but unfortunately there was more bad than good during this stay. To start, check-in was at 4pm but we never received the door code from the host. We tried calling and messaging the number provided and there was no answer by 6:30pm so we called VRBO customer service. They were able to get in contact with the host and we got the code just before we made it to the property around 7pm. Upon entering it smelled very strongly of bleach so I felt good about the house being clean. That is until I went to the bedrooms. Two of the three beds downstairs and the bed in the loft upstairs all had stains on the bed sheets and comforters. Thankfully we always travel with our own linens just in case. As guests it’s really not acceptable to have dirty bedding and when we messaged the host he seemed to be aware and mentioned previous guests had stained them and they would be buying new ones, but as a host if you know something as important as the place where your guests will sleep is dirty it should be changed before your next guest comes in, that’s just my opinion and I think it’s a reasonable one. Other than that the location was convenient and the backyard was great for my pups which is usually hard to find.
