Summary: The house was nice and clean. Met our needs for the weekend. Misinformation was given for the check in process. Wrong information given to enter house. Due to late arrival it took a couple hours to get anyone to answer the phone to assist with getting in the house. Agent should answer the phone regardless of time when you have a house booked.

Summary: Having to have the house cleaner back a few times, the house was very comfortable for the 4 couples staying there. The areas needing attention should never have happened; showers, oven, dirty dishes found in bedroom draw, old coffee grinds left in coffee pot and debris found under beds. Called the property manager and she was very prompt in taking care of the issues.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting around the dining room table, playing games at night and having coffee and happy hour on the nice wraparound porch. It was perfect for our family reunion. All rooms were nice and comfortable.

Summary: For us, the house was a place to eat and rest while we were not at the lake. We had a great time and everything was as expected. We had a minor issue with one of the bathrooms and within 10 minutes of contacting Julie, someone was at the house to get it squared away and it did not impact the quality of our stay in any way. We had a great time and will likely be staying here again for our next trip to the area.
