Summary: The home is spacious, new, and clean. It was very convenient and comfortable, and suited our needs perfectly. It’s just up the road from Bale Breaker Brewery, which is a huge plus. The house is a bit sterile (it kind of feels like a model home), so if you’re looking for a place with personality, this isn’t it. But if you’re more concerned with amenities and convenience, you can’t go wrong. I’m sure it’s included in the listing, but be aware that two of the four bedrooms basically have single daybeds. There may be trundles (I didn’t look), but don’t expect 4 couples to be comfortable in the house. It’s perfect for a family or a group of singles on a business trip.

Summary: The setting and home are very nice. The trundle beds do not meet my standard for a single bed. Towels were marginal and the trundle beds did not have top sheets. Sorry.

Summary: This is a nice house. It is a long way to the Gorge if that’s why you are there. Great wineries nearby. Great food near by. (Provisions Restaurant). Very nice master bedroom. Other beds are small. It worked for our group of 4.

Summary: We had a great stay here! We travel a lot and this house was the cleanest! Loved that it’s a pet free home and there were no pet hair. It’s new and spacious. Property manager replied quick each time and very easy to communicate with. Location is perfect, close to the city and you have a view of the mountains which we and the kids enjoyed a lot, very relaxing.

Summary: The house is beautiful & very clean. We had plenty of room for our group of 7. The kids loved playing in the garage with the variety of things set up out there. The adults did too! The views out the window are beautiful day & night. During the day there are mountains to see and at night the city lights are cool. It’s a great location out in the country, yet close to town. It was quiet & everyone slept well in the comfortable beds. The linens could use an upgrade as only the master bedroom had a feather comforter and a fitted & flat sheet. The rest of the beds just had a fitted sheet & a blanket. Extra blankets in the laundry room were available so no one was cold. There were enough towels for our visit, but no hand towels, only something a bit larger than a wash cloth. However, there was plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash available. The kitchen is spacious and has wonderful appliances. I must point out again that it was very clean! The basic supplies are available for dining & cooking, but you’ll want to contact the host to see if what you need is there if you have planned to make your meals on site. We washed a load of dishes after every meal because we quickly ran out of silverware & plates. The couch was huge, comfortable & had reclining seats on either end. It was a great place for a family get together. The host was quick to reply to questions, and thoughtfully left a birthday message for my mom. That nice personal touch made us feel welcome. Lovely place!
