The home is centrally located and 3 mins from interstate 75. Fort Piqua Banquet Center, The Buckeye Barn, Miami County Fairgrounds, & Kettering Health are all within 10 minutes.

Summary: I booked this property for my wife and 12 year old daughter. They arrived at 9pm on a Friday night. The house was very clean but had an overpowering smell of bleach. My daughter sat on the couch and the leg fell off. The furniture looks very nice in the picture but is of poor quality and uncomfortable. No TVs in any bedrooms. Window blinds were thin and broken is some places letting in the street lights. This house is also on a corner lot. The outside of the property looks run down as does the street. Several houses unoccupied and boarded up. My wife and daughter left the property at 10:30pm the same evening. They felt unsafe. During the hour and a half of there stay. There were people arguing in the street. They heard 2 sets of sirens. Someone parked in front of the house and sat in the car with music blaring and it sounded like there was drag racing on the street or somewhere close. They contacted the property manager the next day as they needed to get to bed for an early morning competition. Unfortunately the owner of the property after pulling the security cameras and verifying the accounts of my wife were accurate refused to refund any of our 2 days charge. Absolutely would not recommend.
