Summary: We enjoyed our stay. There was a furnace issue in early January, but the contact person quickly corrected the problem. The apartment had so many kitchen and linen/bedroom items. It was well stocked -- even had some grocery items in the pantry. I do wish the TV carried Fox News, the Weather Channel, and ESPN.

Summary: This property is convenient to M.D. Anderson in League City and we were so glad to find a place near the hospital for a month stay. This property was quiet and the art created a peaceful atmosphere. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and parks a great fit for our needs.

Summary: A lovely one bedroom condo with very friendly neighbors. It was very quiet and in a great location. Ruth is a wonderful host who is very responsive. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. My husband and I will be renting it again next year.

Summary: If you’re looking for a place to stay at this price point it was great. Clean apartment, nicely decorated, and responsive owner. I would suggest a few updates though, such as a new toilet seat as the one in the apartment is scuffed up. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would be a plus, too. Overall, an affordable play to stay in a great location.
