Summary: Lovely cottage. Nice and clean. Super comfy living room set up. The bed was really comfortable as well. The only issue is the BBQ. Couldn't get it hot enough to sear the meat. View was outstandingly and we enjoyed listening to the waves as we sat by a roaring fire. Lovely.

Summary: I almost hate to submit a review about this place, because more potential renters will want it and my ‘best-kept secret’ will become a popular getaway. The cottage was very clean and bright, spacious, a good-sized property off the main road but easily accessible. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was in good working order. The living room had more than enough space for activities of all kinds for many people. The view out onto the lake was beautiful for watching the sun rise and set (we have the pics to prove it). An added bonus was not only the proximity to Point Pelee, but also the availability of a park pass by the owner. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for any time of year.

Summary: It was like being in paradise. Had all the comforts of home, right by the lake. Great views of the water. How can I forget to the sound of the waves from the bedroom window and breath taking views of the sun raise at 6am or so. My family and I give it 5 stars. The cottage definitely doesn't require AC. The cool breeze from the water is all that's needed. Would highly recommend it, for anyone who wishes to get away from the busy city life and embrace with nature and country life. It's location is ideal. Only 10 mins away from Point Pelee. The host provided a free pass to the park. That was a pleasant surprise and we enjoyed our stay. Made many memories to be cherished for a life time.

Summary: For the size, this house felt comfortable and spacious. It has modern appliances and is filled it with little conveniences including built in night lights, bedside charging stations, motion-activated entry lights and lots and lots of stuff for entertainment and recreation. There is a beautiful view of the lake out front and of farm fields behind. The location is quiet and well situated between Hillman Marsh and Point Pelee National Park. Each time we contacted the host we received immediate and helpful replies. We enjoyed our stay.
