Summary: The house was impeccable…everything was clean and in place…and everything was labeled! The house was well stocked w shampoo, paper goods, kitchen suppplies etc. It was nicely furnished & very comfortable. The backyard is huge and our small dog really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: House was nice. There were a couple things that weren’t there like garbage bags and things we had to buy. I did have an accident. I told the owner about it so I was upfront. At that point she was a little rude and said you know, did you take this and that my daughter had moved something I didn’t know it so no we didn’t steal that and it was just kind of went back-and-forth. That wasn’t very fun but other than that the stay was very nice

Summary: This was a wonderful property with off street covered parking, plenty of room in house and yard, quite neighborhood, very close to nature trail walk, and every thing any hotel would offer plus extra! Great for people and dogs! One of the best and easiest stay experiences I’ve had in a rental. Will be returning!

Summary: A couple things you should know if you consider renting here: -The owners watch your coming and goings with outdoor cameras. They asked us questions about what we were bringing into the house (it was a ski bag.) It made our entire stay VERY uncomfortable. - The maid was still there when we checked in an hour late and then showed up to clean 2 hours before check-in. - The two downstairs bedrooms are tiny with little thought of how guests can store their belongings. There is a bigger bedroom upstairs, but it has sloped ceilings and there is no bathroom on that level. We had to hunt around to get enough hangers to at least be able to hang our clothes. - The kitchen is not great for cooking, mostly old Ikea pots and pans. We bought a glass casserole dish to use which we left for future guests. - On the plus side, it was pretty clean (one large cobweb over the fireplace), the location is quiet and you can bring your dog.

Summary: We visit Ann Arbor to see a specialist for my autoimmune disease. For us, cleanliness it top priority for us. We have stayed in many places the last 8 years we have been coming to Ann Arbor and this is the first place that was clean, had comfy beds and met our expectations. The owners have thought of everything and were looking through the lenses of traveler when they set up this property. I have already rebooked for my next appointment and I have NEVER done that with a property in Ann Arbor.

Summary: Sonya was an amazing host. She was a consistent communicator, with clear instructions for arrival and departure. The home was lovely and perfect for our needs. The backyard was a great spot for a morning coffee (which came stocked!). Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

Summary: Its always wonderful going home for a visit, especially when you find a wonderful rental just one block from where you grew up. The house was spotless and working with Sonya was so great. Sonya purchased a grill for the house and we used it every night. Next time we come up we look forward to staying in the Dixboro house.
