Summary: We absolutely loved the location and apartment complex. I would’ve given it five stars, but during our stay, the center courtyard (outside area with pool, lounge chairs, games, etc) was closed due to noncompliant smoking issues. A total letdown considering the time of year and warm weather. That was our only disappointment, as we booked the property for the outdoor amenities.

Summary: The bathrooms were great and the kitchen area was very pretty. The management was great and responded in a timely manner. However, the smell of marijuana made us not stay there and enjoy all that it offers. For a group that doesn’t use it because of health issue, we all had headaches the entire time we were there. The entire complex smelt like marijuana. The listing showed that there was suppose to be a twin bed and a futon (there wasn’t any, just the 2 queen size beds).

Summary: Property met our needs perfectly. Getting the keys from the key box was in a different building next door. Grocery store right outside the parking structure. The apartment was roomy, get view of the pool. Property was quiet and relaxing. A 5min drive to the metro station which was excellent for us. Restraunts are near by that should suit your tastes. The kitched could be stocked with a frying pan and a few more drinking glasses but we made it work. Slight smell do to garbage pick up was something we had to over come. Overall would definetly stay there again.

Summary: This was a fantastic place to stay for our family. We stayed at the apartment for just shy of a month and had plenty of room. The apartment was clean. It was great having a washer and dryer in the apartment. There was plenty of space to cook, eat and hang out for our family. I do agree with other reviews that it does not have a well stocked kitchen like it says in the listing. There were two pots and a few medium cookie sheets to cook with as well as a handful of bamboo utensils. We traveled with a few essentials such as a pan based on the other reviews and I'm glad we did. It also does not have a desk like the listing states but does have a dining table which I was able to use as a desk. There are several coworking spaces in the apartment complex itself as well. Overall - highly recommend this VRBO and plan on staying there again next time my job brings us to Fairfax for an extended stay!

Summary: The location was nice and easy to get to and lots of restaurants surrounding the area which was nice. The place was also clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Summary: We had arrived half an hour before check in to make sure we were on time. The key was not in the designated spot by 4 pm so we called the owner. He still had the key a little after 4. He had told us to go to the first floor garage and that there would be a bike rack next to the designated spot however we were un able to find it in the garage after circling for half an hour. I had texted the owner previously to see if we had pots and pans and utensils however there was only 2 pots, no pans, and some utensils. Not all the utensils looked clean there was some dried food on a couple of them. I was under the impression that there were no cameras watching us however there was a camera at the entrance. We had covered the camera because we didn’t feel safe with it up and the next day it was taken down. The TV turned on however when we chose something to watch it wouldn’t load and we tried multiple platforms. On the last day of our vacation we had just checked that we had everything to leave by 11 am and it was only 10:30 am at the time. A couple minutes later the owner just walks into the place no knock and 20 ish minutes early. The check out directions were also unclear. They had listed for us to lock all doors on our way out and to leave the keys next to the coffee pot however you needed the keys to lock the front door. We were given a garage gate clicker to open the get however that was not working. Besides the incorrect information and poor timing the place was beautiful.

Summary: This was the perfect apartment for a weekend trip to visit relatives in the Fairfax area. Cute decor, two bed/two bath with parking and plenty of room to relax. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This apartment is very spacious and clean and came with parking space in a parking garage attached to the building. The host was also very friendly and easy to work with. The building is within walking distance of pretty much anything you needed--grocery store, small shops, and any kind of restaurant you can imagine. My only suggestion is to bring along any dry goods you might need for cooking--oil, spices, etc. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils and dishware you need, but nothing else. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this space.
