Summary: We have stayed here three times in four years. (Would have been four but it was unavailable during our dates last year). It is clean and quiet with a giant tv and plenty of room to hang out and play games and watch movies. 10/10

Summary: The Home is VERY well taken care of. The only downside was the parking--There is no onsite parking available.What is available is on street parking in a residential neighborhood.

Summary: We had an excellent stay! The property was extremely clean and accommodating, making our entire stay relaxing and safe. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home. One note for future families: the daybed listed as a double futon is actually a twin, so it will only accommodate one person. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it's good to know for those that may need that. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay again!

Summary: We enjoyed our week-long stay at this property very much! Everything in the home is well-appointed and upgraded. During our stay, we toured Philly, visited Lancaster, saw Gettysburg and Valley Forge. We also took the nearby NJ light rail up to NYC for the day. This property provided an excellent home base for us. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and secure. We enjoyed seeing fireflies outside at night. The air conditioning works very well--it never let us down during the June heat wave. We appreciated the laundry facilities and soft linens on the comfy beds. My kids had plenty of space to spread out, and we loved relaxing on the couch and watching movies together as a family after a day of sightseeing. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Our host Kiryl was very responsive and provided helpful information. I have no complaints at all! We would love to stay here again in the future. Everything is as pictured and described. Thank you!

Summary: Loved the fact that all 5 of us had actual beds. The two youngest slept on the third floor. (It's best for the agile/younger crowd, as the ceiling is slanted! Not a problem though!) Master bedroom has a master bath. Everything was impeccably clean with very nice furnishings. Lots of room to spread out. Kitchen had what we needed but would suggest a few coffee mugs. Maybe there were some, and we just didn't find them. Street parking only but both nights we had no trouble parking right in front of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay again!

Summary: We were looking for a house that could accommodate the entire family and in a very limited geographic area. Having lived in Jenkintown our family was returning to attend a celebration of life ceremony. Kiryl’s house was exactly what we needed. The house was very clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well appointed. And it had the number of beds and bathrooms to make our stay enjoyable. It’s located near restaurants, and food stores. This house definitely met our needs and Kiryl was a dream to work with, being quick to respond to any questions we had. Just one suggestion. A shade or curtain on the door to the back room would add some privacy if anyone is using the daybed. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you Kiryl!
