Bristol Harbour resort community. Directly on Lake Canandaigua with its own beach and lakefront access. Morning coffee or afternoon wine down on the balcony overlooking the lake! Also DIRECT lake views from living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms! Close to numerous wineries and great restaurants. Bristol Mountain Ski Resort only15 minutes away. Condo great for family gatherings, summer vacations, and the fall foliage season. Roseland Water Park also minutes away.
Check-in 4 pm and check-out is 10 am.
Lower floor has three bedrooms with full bath and half bath is on upper floor with great room/kitchen. We have WIFI and HULU LIVE.

Summary: This 2-floor condo was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed (including kids' sand toys!) to have a fun family vacation. It was also a good location from which to visit local wineries and other attractions. We enjoyed playing on the beach and relaxing on the balcony while enjoying the lake view and spotting hummingbirds, ducks, and more. It was quiet and peaceful--the perfect place to unwind for a week.

Summary: This is our second year staying here. We just love it. And, for us, so very convenient. Our annual family reunion is nearby, just a 4 minute drive. Love the lake view. Comfortable, homey. Thanks for having us.

Summary: Our family enjoyed a week at the condo! Beautiful views! Perfect beach access for the family and all of the necessities needed for the week. Don and Karen were great with communication and suggestions. I would highly recommend! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Summary: Condo is clean, comfortable and as advertised. Views of the lake are great. The little beach was a nice bonus, but we were there for the hiking round the many waterfalls in there area. On a rainy day, we went to Rochester to the science museum only about 50 min away. Many wine tasting rooms nearby. We had a great time.

Summary: Family members were meeting for our daughters college graduation. The condo was perfect for our gathering. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. The beds were extra comfy. Owners were super helpful and responsive, Would highly recommend.

Summary: The photos do not do this property justice. The place is impeccable. Well-stocked. You don't need to bring a thing. Tastefully decorated, and the views are spectacular.

Summary: Our stay at Don and Karen's condo was just as we hoped it would turn out - a great time enjoying the beautiful views and fall colors around Canadaigua Lake. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Another plus was that Don has been super to work with. All in all, we had a very memorable and happy week!

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful vacation here and made some memories to last a lifetime! Very clean and well appointed, the condo did not disappoint (and actually felt even roomier than in the photos). Our 3 kids had enough room to eat dinner, watch TV and play when they weren't living it up at the lovely, private beach. Some mornings we nearly had the beach to ourselves! The onsite laundry was a great plus, and the clean, well equipped kitchen was wonderful when it came to mealtime for the kids! Comfortable beds, close parking, friendly owners who were very responsive, clean bathrooms with fluffy towels... I could go on, but in short would recommend this stay 10/10!
