Each level features outdoor gathering spaces, including a main level wraparound covered porch, an upper-level covered porch, and 3 lower level covered patios. The house is across the street from the Hilltop pool, hot tub, Lakeside Coffee House, firepits, playground park, pickleball, and bocce ball courts. Chelan Landing offers guests privacy, situated between its “Lookout Tower” cottage house (additionally available to rent) and a pocket park. It sits between two pathways down to the marina, beach, basketball court, pickleball courts, and walking trails.
The main level has a spacious open floor plan with abundant natural light and 360-degree views. Large windows and multiple French doors expand the living space outdoors to a covered wraparound porch. Enjoy a cocktail at the kitchen window pass-through bar, relax at the indoor/outdoor fireplace, watch the family swim at the Hilltop pool, or take in the spectacular sunset lake views while grilling or dining alfresco – the wraparound porch embodies the Lookout experience.
The upper level has the home’s most breathtaking views. The king suite has an adjoining covered porch with a sectional sofa and a bar seating area for entertaining or work-from-home. The queen bedroom has a desk, monitor, computer stand, and incredible work-from-home view. The bunkroom has comfortable sleeping spaces for kids and adults. The upper level also features an additional full bathroom and a laundry closet.
The lower level has an expansive media/family room with 2 queen sized sleeper sofas, partial lake views, a kitchenette/wet bar, and dining table for overflow guests, workspace, or games. It has 2 covered walkout patios with 3 convertible picnic tables/benches. It has a king suite with partial lake views, a small covered walkout patio, and large in-suite bathroom. The lower level also features an additional full bathroom.
The home has a modern gourmet kitchen with upgraded Bosch appliances and numerous dining areas. Guests can dine at the kitchen island, kitchen pass-through window bar, main level indoor and outdoor dining tables, lower level dining table, and 3 convertible picnic tables/benches in the covered breezeway patio. The upper level king suite porch is a cozy place to enjoy breakfast and coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was an absolute dream for a big group. There was 15 of us adults and we fit wonderfully and it was so spacious. The location cannot be beat. Steps to the pool/coffee shop, 2 blocks from the shuttle to the lake, and across the street from the park. We had an issue with the door lock but the maintenance staff was quick, kind & helpful. We absolutely will be coming back and can’t recommend Chelan Landing at The Lookout enough!

We had 8 guys (2 foursomes), and came up 1 independent bed short for all of us - climbing into the upper bunk was tough. But generally everyone was happy.

Summary: This home is gorgeous, and it has so many amazing amenities. The furniture, the dishware, the appliances…are all so nice. It even had Ziploc bags and a good assortment of spices. The home was very clean and easy to navigate with a large family. The view is stunning! We loved it! A few things to note: the wi-fi doesn’t work, the communication with the property managers was poor, and the 2 bunk beds are really uncomfortable to sleep in. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in a such a beautiful home and enjoy time with our family. Thank you!

The location across from the pool can't be beat, and the large kitchen made it easy to all hang out. It's so close to downtown Chelan, we loved being able to run to the Drive-In for burgers, or grab coffee. The only complaint is that guests cannot park at the house, they have to park in the lower lot which was a bit inconvenient. But the management company was really helpful with that and anything else we needed.

Summary: The home is beautiful. We loved the community. Loved the location right across from the pool. We rented a pontoon boat and the pick up location was right at the Landing so that was very convenient. Only complaint was there were only 4 garbage bags provided. Not enough for a group of 11 for three nights.

We may have been one of the first people to rent this house. The only problem we have and it needs to be looked at is the water heater. Water was luke warm, called maintenance and they said the water heater is a heat pump water heater and it needs a larger room to vent in. The room it is in is too small. We had to leave the door open, it was very noisy for the sleepers down stairs. The bigger issue is the temperature downstairs, because the heat pump take the heat from the air and warms the water, the downstairs area was like a refrigerator, it was at least 15 degrees colder than the rest of the house. This needs to be fixed.
