Positive: Located about 100 yards from the public park.
Negative: The codes for the elevator didn’t work and the other tenants were not very friendly to let others in. Sometimes there would be 3 families trying to get in and no one’s code worked.
Summary: Great for families.

Positive: The location and the room layout.
Negative: The cleanliness and clutter of the condo. It is only surface cleaned. Also we had a couple issues and the response time was slow and sometimes never got resolved. Also some of the instructions and contact numbers on the materials are outdated by 2 years.
Summary: We definitely will be coming back to chelan but will look for a different place to stay.

Positive: The place was very nice and clean.
Negative: The air conditioner was broke and it was very hot. It never got cooler than 80 degrees at night. No windows opened and door did not have a screen so it was not at all comfortable and hard to sleep. TV manual was not up to date so hard to know how to operate. Broken chair and coffee table were in the closets.....should have been fixed or removed.
Summary: If the air conditioner was working, it would have been a much more pleasant stay.

Positive: Enjoy the convenience of using a code.
Negative: Furniture and beds were good. The kitchen was not very well appointed. The top of the refrigerator was dirty. The lights in the bathrooms were very dim, 3 bulbs out in master. The bathroom fan in master did not work. The lock on patio door is in need of repair.

Positive: The area was perfect location- and easily accessible. The only problem we had was that our code didn’t work to get into the room and I had to call customer service. It also wasn’t working for the garage door.
