Family friendly home located close to the lake and several wine tasting rooms.
Our home is an antique. A gem in the Manson/Chelan area. We appreciate its character, charm and quirks.
Sitting on 1 full acre in the town of Manson. It has a large private heated salt water pool, and plenty of outdoor space for hanging out, yard games and just enjoying the outdoors. There is a large deck off the kitchen/living room, as well as a patio below, both of which overlook the pool.
Walking distance to downtown Manson and the lake.
**Dogs are welcome on approval only. If you be bring a dog without approval you are subject to eviction.
**dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the home or yard. You must kennel them in the house if your leaving. Do not tie dogs up in the yard. My landscaper and pool service needs to access the yard and can’t have dogs left unattended in the yard or pool areaThank you**
Pool is open from May - September only.
12 max . We have several bedrooms to allow for flexible sleeping options.
3 bedrooms upstairs (primary with king bed plus full bed, king balcony bedroom, and queen bedroom) futon upstairs for additional options.
2 bedrooms on main level (one king, one queen)

*Plenty of outdoor space: Deck, huge patio, yard, poolside patio.
** propane BBQ on deck- propane not included. I supply a couple of full propane tanks at the beginning of the season, but I do not refill them. Some guests Grill 4 meals a day for a week, and it’s impossible to predict how much will be used. If the tank is empty, you can fill it at Red Apple in Manson. :)

Our home is over 80 years old. Originally built in 1942, part of the home still has original details and charm. Plaster walls, original windows ( in living room), original wood floors in bedroom and vintage hardware. There was an addition put on in 2007, which brought a huge new kitchen and master suite above. Home has the best of both, warmth and charm with its history, and modern updates through out. We hope you enjoy all its quirks and charm as much as we do. :)

Summary: Wonderful house near Chelan. Big, clean, lots of towels, and included everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool was warm and wonderful. Larger than it looks in the picture! The kids walked to the lake one evening, and we were able to rent jet skis a 2 minute drive away. Super convenient. We would love to come stay again!

Summary: We stayed at the Chelan Wine Country Retreat for a guys golf weekend. The property worked perfectly for us. The location in Manson was excellent since it is just minutes from Chelan with many restaurants. We played golf in Brewster, E. Wenatchee, Orondo and Chelan so Manson was centrally located. The property has plenty of room and has everything you need. The weather was t quite warm enough to use the pool but it looked great. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in the Chelan area.

Summary: Nice house, good location, great pool, lots of room for all! Only complaint I heard all weekend was the quality of the mattresses, way too soft. Everyone loved the pool, and we all got our turn at the BBQ. Overall an enjoyable weekend.

Summary: We stayed over Labor Day weekend and it was a quick walk to downtown Manson for activities plus the pool was great. It's a comfortable, large home with a large yard for dogs, and the kitchen has all the essentials. Easy check in and out. Very friendly and responsive hosts.

Summary: This Lakehouse offers a space large enough for several couples and children to enjoy a relaxing getaway together. We enjoyed having enough bedrooms for everyone as well as large common space in the kitchen, dining areas and outdoor patio. We found everything clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances that we needed. We took a short walk every night to the downtown and lakeside areas. It was in close proximity to wineries, restaurants, and even Pickleball courts! The owner, Shannon, was always very responsive, and helpful whenever I had questions about the property. Everyone with us enjoyed themselves, and agreed that they would definitely return here!

Summary: The pool was fabulous and started and ended each day at the pool. The house is located close to the lake, winaries, etc. Easy to get around and a safe neighborhood

Summary: The house was awesome. Great location close to Manson. The kitchen was wonderful with 2 sinks and 2 ovens. House was big and very private out back on deck and at pool. Pool was clean and kids lived in it whole time we were there. We had a small plumbing issue and owner was quick to get back to us and helpful to resolve it. Only little thing was my daughter/son inlaw said the bed in lower level bedroom needed a new mattress. Would DEF stay here again and couldn't have been happier with this house.

Summary: This property has all the space your extended family would need! The very large kitchen has room for everyone and the outdoor space is quite comfortable. The wonderful salt water pool was the best part of the stay. (one note, the steps up and down from the house to the pool, there is no railing and was a pain point for our toddler and older people) other than that, a wonderful time was had by all. The owner is fantastic at communications and answered all our questions very timely. The plum tree in the backyard provided fruit to the kiddos for the whole trip, a highlight for them for sure!

Summary: We got lucky with some fantastic weather in early October, and spent many hours swimming in the pool. The house was great! The only downside was that at 6’4”, I bumped my head a few times around the house and didn’t fit well in any of the showers. Shannon was super responsive and very accommodating to all of our requests. Overall we had a fantastic family getaway at this house.
