Summary: Well a cracking position in Cheshire, the situation is perfect..However, soap and towels have to be requested.. The rooms are a little worn and could do with a deep clean and some paint! Other than that TV, kettle & Microwave(nice touch).. A brilliant base for exploring Cheshire!

Summary: You'll need to manage your expectations if staying here. Its cheap & its cheap for a reason. Its not Travelodge style accommodation, but (I suspect) cheaply built and maintained block of approx 15 holiday camp type rooms in a working farm yard. I stayed in room 12 that had been recently painted & had a new carpet. Lovely hot shower, comfortable bed, working kettle. No towels supplied but i expected this from other reviews. & no breakfast despite plenty of signs saying B&B. I feel its sensibly priced for the room.

Summary: I stayed in room 10. Comfortable bed. Shower worked well with plenty of hot water. The room has a faint musty smell like in old places. I didn’t get any towels – had to improvise. The room was old, scuff marks on the walls, Fluff and cobwebs in corners.

Summary: Black mold in the shower/bath, carpet was filthy, inside of door surround dirty, the hedge at the roadside of the drive was blocking the view to the right making it unsafe, very little heating.

Summary: The hotel did not provide any towels nor soap to wash hands. The bathroom sliding door was stuck and we struggled to close it every time someone needed the loo. No hot water so unable to take shower (not that I would have ......) This is advertised as a B&B but when we called to enquire about it in the morning, they advised that they stopped serving breakfast since COVID but they still have pictures of breakfast on their pages.... Carpet has seen better days..... Overall poor condition even for a 2 star hotel!
