Positive: We loved everything about the property. The interior design, the light, space, comfortable bed, amazing sofa, gorgeous high power shower! The list goes on. Sarah was an amazing host who answered my endless questions and was so polite and kind. The road itself was so quiet, it almost felt secluded even though we were in the heart of Jesmond. We got ready here for my wedding and everyone commented on how beautiful the space was. We felt so at home straight away and can’t wait to come back!
Negative: There was absolutely nothing we disliked about the property.
Summary: Perfect for our wedding weekend, so much so we’re returning on our anniversary!

Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Parking was super easy to find on a quiet street, the building and communal hallways are immaculate, the apartment itself was so much bigger than expected, super clean and modern with everything you could need. Beds were very comfy and the shower was excellent. The area is nice and quiet with a few cafes and restaurants just round the corner.  We stayed her while attending a concert at the stadium of light in Sunderland,  this was an easy commute using an Uber which seemed reasonable for £20. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Clear to see that the owner takes a lot of pride in these apartments and it shows!

Negative: All nearby parking is permit only but only one permit is provided for property. We were two couples arriving separately but luckily managed to get second car parked on main road a few minutes walk away.
