Positive: The house is exceptionally clean and tidy and the breakfast was delicious! They staff are very friendlt and the operation is very well organised. Fresh milk left in the fridge for each room is a lovely touch.
Negative: The heating was not turned on in my room on arrival and the bathroom radiator never came on. When I turned the radiator on the room heated up quite quickly.
Summary: Very well run house and great breakfast.

Positive: As we arrived late in the evening and were rushing away to a concert nearby, we quickly realised our chosen accommodation was just perfect - clean, warm, excellent check in info, info to pre order breakfast was great idea. Fresh milk in a fridge outside our room to access when having cuppas.Fabulous variety for breakfast, Ulster fry was scrumptious, also endless tea/coffee refills. Thank you Carla and Stephen, your a great team working together.
Negative: Everything was perfect. Very friendly staff and owner spoke to us outside as we admired his beautiful accommodation,

Negative: Very difficult to find in the dark! We were on the top floor and only Velux window, no view. Would like to have known this in advance.
