Welcome to Skipper Hill, where you will find this stunning villa nestled in the corner of the community, on a 178' oceanfront lot! Enjoy being 10 minutes from both SENSEA Nordic Spa, and Chester Village - where you'll find a selection of restaurants, cafes, and shops sure to please any discerning traveller. Our villa was professionally built and decorated in 2020, thoughtfully prepared for both short and long stays. You'll love the uninterrupted ocean views, countless windows capturing the ocean
The space
This villa is located at the bottom of a residential street, on a direct oceanfront lot. There are other homes visible from this house, however, the home is situated in a manner that providers privacy both inside, and to enjoy the water frontage.
Enter the home to a small foyer. Turn left and you will be greeted by the incredibly designed and spacious kitchen, cozy great room with sky high ceilings, and dining area overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a basic meal, including a waffle maker for those epic vacation brunches! Off the dining area is a private patio with comfortable lounge seating, and of course, impressive ocean views! Turn right off the foyer, and you will find a powder/laundry room, and the entrance to the King suite. The king suite offers a luxurious bed, and impressive spa bathroom with soaker tub and stand up shower.
Upstairs, you will first spot the second living area. This living area is perfectly suited to pour yourself a glass of wine, and take in the ocean and sunsets. Also upstairs is the Queen room, twin bunk room, and a beautiful full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

This is a Dark Sky Community. The community on Skipper Hill is committed to limiting light pollution to allow the residents to enjoy the breathtaking starscape the skies have to offer. We ask you follow the same value and limit use of outside lights unless necessary. We even suggest turning off all the lights in the whole home and going outside to see how amazing the skies truly are!
There is a dock located nearby, it is not for public use.

Reservations are non-refundable within 60 days of your check in date, unless you cancel the booking within 24 hours of making it. Reservations cancelled prior to 60 days will receive a full refund less a 3% processing charge. Summary: What a wonderful place to unwind and relax! The Scandinavian/Coastal decor was beautiful! I would highly recommend this home for a family getaway. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood close to Chester, Mahone Bay. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable and master ensuite was a dream!

Summary: We are from Nova Scotia and wanted a central Oceanside location to stay as we took our parents from Saskatoon to explore the South Shore. It was perfect! I'm used to having to haul everything but thus place had everything we needed I'm case we forgot something. Even shampoo-conditioner in the showers! Our parents described every corner of the home as, "a unique design moment". There is amazing local seafood nearby and it's very central to Lunenburg, Mahone Bay and Chester if you're touring around. Highly recommend!

Summary: Beautiful property , excellent location amazing views. Home was well equipped, beds were comfortable. Wonderful getaway for a girls trip to relax and enjoy the area.
