Summary: Good location, Close to everything Breakfast is Okay, it's is minimum but okay. Facility is quite old A/C is super loud Sound isolation isn't good. Laundry is available but need to use the prepaid card and need to charge money. It has minimum charge limit and I could not use all by one time laundry. The money is still in the prepaid card but it is not possible to refund. Good cost and quality valance. If you are thinking minimum hotel with good price, then it is good option!

Summary: The room was clean overall. Beds were fairly comfortable. The breakfast was good. Free wifi. There was no TV or phone to ring the front desk. There were no plug ins by the bed for my husbands apnea machine. There was quite a bit of noise from the hallway later in the evening

Summary: Really enjoyed the stay overall. Did not have any noise complaints or issues with the room. The breakfast included is a really nice perk. This well suited my needs for my time in Toronto.

Summary: The location was great....downtown and very walkable ! The front desk ladies were all very knowledgeable and social (gave us a map, explained where things were etc). The rooms are no frill and no tv (bed was very comfortable) room had toiletries / ...no hair dryer...you can ask at the front desk) . Great city view ! Security person on duty (we always felt safe)! The breakfast buffet was excellent...large selection of food / drinks ! Wouod stay there again !

Summary: I found the best part about this hotel was the value it offered. For an ultra low price you get a great location downtown and breakfast included (buffet style with eggs, bacon, sausages, fruits, bagels, bread, muffins, yogurt, juice, tea, coffee… basically everything you might find in a higher end hotel). I just ate a large breakfast and skipped lunch everyday. The room was a little outdated and basic but it was clean, comfortable, and everything worked as it should. The gym was in the basement level and had all the basic equipment you would need to do weight training and there are some basic cardio equipment too. Each floor has a shared room (keycard access) with a communal fridge where you can store some food. I stored some yogurts, cheese, vegetables to snack on and I had no issues during my stay. The front desk staff were very helpful. I honestly would 100% stay here again!!!
