Summary: Room was great! Staff not very friendly or enthusiastic. Restaurant closed which was difficult with little ones. Pool was a good distraction. Games room could be cleaned up and made attractive. Great potential - needs some work!!

Summary: Staff was excellent. Room was beautiful and comfortable. There was a snow storm so breakfast was minimal.

Summary: Everything was perfect except the restaurant that was advertised as open 7 days a week was closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We did not know that until we went to eat dinner. Very disappointed that we were not told at check-in. Otherwise, we had a lovely visit.

Summary: Property was beautiful, was hoping for a more quiet stay. There were a lot of family’s with young kids. The facility was very clean and comfortable. We did take advantage of the spa which was relaxing but located outside the pool area which had alot of kids. Great stay for families not so much couples looking for quiet.

Summary: No trash can outside lobby or elevator. Staff could be more attentive and responsive. Housekeeping can clean at least every other day as oppose to just a refresh daily. Could have a commercial grade coffee and water machine all day in the lobby instead of small container of coffee only in the morning. Whatever happened to smore night? The game machine in the rec center does not work at all. What are guests paying for to not have basic amenities?

Summary: The property itself was very pretty. Location was close to Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are. Our room was on a slant. So it was weird sleeping. Also we found dog food on the floor and a dirty sock left behind.

Summary: Room condition for $240 was poor . Lighting in room is poor. Found tape on the wall/ phone did not work/ shower door had soap scum in it. Table had marker on it . Very disappointed as this came highly rated. The property was lovely with the lake
