Positive: The staff were good and it was a good sized space in a peaceful location.

Negative: Inaccuracies on the website! There was not ample parking there was no restaurant and the bar didn’t open once while I was there. I chose this place because I was on a summer school locally, long hours and needed some looking after. This place is definitely not set up for that. Also, a note to booking.com, breakfast included should be written as, ONLY Continental breakfast is available. Being a gluten free guest this would have raised alarm bells

Positive: Friendly staff.Very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. Chevrons had a homely feeling to it. I liked especially the communal areas and coffee lounge. It seems that everything has been thought over carefully. I do hope more veterans can take up apartments in this home from home

Negative: Nothing could have been better it was a perfect stay

Positive: We were pleasantly surprised with the rooms, liked the adjoining rooms as we had our grandsons with us. Everything we needed and more for a very comfortable stay and bonus we were able to bring our little dog. Truly a great place to locate while visiting family. A very helpful member of staff made us feel at home and was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come again especially now we know that ex emergency services can book directly.

Negative: Continental breakfast was great for us adults but children weren’t too happy to eat the selection given. There was cereal and toast available though. Just a suggestion about maybe more sweet pastries available so not to waste the lovely selection as they did. Can’t please all I know.

Positive: Really modern facilities that were very clean and modern. Liked the coffee room. Comfortable and warm.

Negative: When we booked, it did say breakfast was a full English .on arrival was told only continental. However, the lady on duty did go out of her way to prepare eggs and bacon, which was appreciated. Strange having no personnel on site when such a big place. However, it was no big deal.
