Positive: The apt was very nice and very clean.
Negative: The towels were rough as sandpaper, and several of them were threadbare. Also, my reservation was for a unit with 3br and 2 ba and a balcony with either city or Bpsphorus views. This unit only had 1 bath and the tiny terraces from our second floor location had NO view at all.
Summary: The location was excellent, but I would want assurance that I was getting the apt as reserved

Positive: The only good thing about this place is a view from terrace
Negative: It was very cold in the apartment especially at night, when I asked the host about heating system, he didn’t respond to me for very long time, the day after he finally told me to use AC which was so old and just didn’t make any difference. Another things is when we arrived our bed shits was wet, had to dry it with an iron, horrible experience. Apartment is very old and everything is falling apart, shower also is very tricky.

Negative: We had no hot water for 2 days. No communication from the host regarding this. They fixed the problem, but it would have been nice for them to tell us they were working on it.... Penthouse is 2 levels, two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. Upstairs bedroom had a dormer roof, easy to bump your head on. Outrageously small lift. if you are claustrophobic you will be climbing the stairs!

Positive: amazing view from terrace of the apartment on top floor contact with the host lift.....even if small ;) great location, proximity of grocery stores
Negative: wicker armchairs on the terrace requires a bit of refreshment window joinery of terrace doors and one window on the lower level deserves some adjustment/regulations

Positive: I like the location. There is a lot of café, restaurant and stores close to the place in less than 10 minutes walk. WiFi works great. Room was well-organized and furniture quality are good. Photo of the place is catchy and the place is as good as you see. The place is new and very clean. It's good place for staying with your family. Kenan helps us a lot and he is available for anything you need.
Negative: There is not any free parking lot close to the location. The bathroom doesn't have fan and after shower will be wet.
Summary: I will come back to stay here later.
