Positive: The property was in a great location as well as being right beside the pool. There was plenty of space in the villa and is great for group holidays. The host was good at responding to any queries we had and provided us with a late check out upon leaving. The villa was very well equipped. The deposit was returned to us the following day after check out.
Negative: There was an issue with the aircon in one of the rooms, which made the room very warm to sleep in. The shower in the en-suite bathroom needed to be fixed as it does not hang up and needs to be held. Overall this were very small issues.

Positive: A really lovely three bed apartment with everything we needed including a private patio area in a quiet and well-maintained complex with great on-site facilities (4 pools, bar, 2 restaurants, mini-mart) about 25 minutes walk from Albufeira old town
Negative: The host was not responsive to multiple messages about how to access the property and the precise address during the 48 hours leading up to our stay. Eventually we got the lock box code and address but only 15 minutes before check in time - we were very worried for 24 hours that our booking was not going to be honoured.
Summary: Great apartment in lovely complex, but host was very difficult to contact

Positive: Spacious apartment with great amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (which the host left us pods for). Comfy beds and great air con units in each room. Sofa bed folds out into a proper double bed and so it was a comfortable stay for 7 of us. Pool is a great distance away and has a bar and aqua aerobics. Photos don’t do this apartment justice.
Negative: Pool is busy (lots of kids) and it is hard to get a sunbed so we often had to lie on the grass. However we did visit in August.
Summary: Really enjoyable stay
