Positive: Loved staying at Mera's. The apartment was clean and perfectly equipped for self catering. There is a large store a few meters away and everything on the island is easily reached by bike. Mera was very accommodating in changing our booking as our flight was delayed by a day. She also assisted us with a BBQ. The garden is very pretty and we loved having a Braai and drinks outside (covered in mozzie-repellent lol). There are only two apartments on the property (the owner's house is at the back) so the outside space feels private. We did not expect the apartment to be cleaned daily but, really appreciated it. The lounge and kitchen area is big with everything you need. A few other features: - outdoor shower for rinsing off - easy walk to and from the ferry with luggage - friendly family - nice patio - oil, salt & pepper in the kitchen - a spot to park your bicyle - drying rack outside for wet clothing Thank you Mera for welcoming us!

Negative: Not a complaint, just a tip for future travelers. In December the whole of the Seychelles has a lot of Mozzies, not location specific. Ensure you pack enough insect repellent as the repellent at the stores are very expensive. Everything was amazing! ;)

Positive: Amazing accommodation, so beautiful and clean, in a quiet setting with much greenery around. Mera, the host, was so kind and friendly, she helped us with everything we asked and the communication was perfect before and during our stay. The small terrace is soo beautifully decorated and it was the perfect place to have breakfast and dinner every day! Kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need for cooking, the bathroom is very spacious, room was cleaned every day. There is a shop nearby, bikes can be rented from the property and they also offer a place to shower and change after check out if guests want to spend time at the beach. Was a lovely place and we will return here for sure if we’re back on the island.

Positive: It was clean and very spacious. There are air conditioners in the bedrooms and a fan in the living room. Mera was waiting for us. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a water dispenser and for 65 SCR you can order 5 liters of water. The rooms and bathroom were very spacious. Outside, we had a terrace with a dining table and deckchairs, which we could not use because it was very warm and stuffy. The yard of the house is beautiful, everywhere is green and there are flowers, it is very clean. There is a cooling shower outside. It was cleaned every day except Sunday. In the end, we also received a gift, which was very kind from the host. Calendar for 2025 with beautiful photos from La Digue. The calendar was packaged very beautifully and personally signed by Mera. We had a great time, it was off season and it was very peaceful.

Positive: Mera is a very nice and helpful host, very clean rooms, close to centre and beaches. La Digue can be easiest accessed by bike which you can also get from Mera.

Positive: Mera is very friendly and helps by anything. The apartment will be cleaned every day. Good location, short walk from the main street and shops and restaurants and takeaways. We could let our luggage at the reception after checking out until our departure late afternoon and use the shower. For any concerns, just ask Mera, and it will be answered.

Negative: The bed mattress is quite hard for our taste and the pillows too. But it could be an individual feeling.
