Access to the apartment by private entrance but by taking the common staircase of the house where the owner plans the development of 2 guest rooms on the 1st floor. In the hamlet of Ville Berneuf, in the countryside but only 400 m from the beach, this former family home is currently being transformed into a Holiday Home. After a career in the hotel industry, Jean-Michel, the owner is impatient to make you discover in all intimacy his childhood home and the little cocoon he has just fitted out by favoring quality services. To access the beach, it is very quick on foot and the panoramas are splendid: you will even have the opportunity to see many paragliders...the environment is heavenly.
