Positive: The house is spacious, with big bedrooms.
Negative: The house definitely needs refurbishment. It is located on a busy road, so quite noisy. It might be a good value for money if you use the 3 bedrooms. But since we were only 3 people, we found it overpriced for the conditions offered.
