A splendid villa with infinity pool, sea view on the fabulous scenery of the Chia tower and the pink flamingo lagoon ....
The villa is located in a strategic, dominant position, at the crossroads between the sports and commercial services area of the square and the golf of Chia.
Framed by the stone facade and bougainvillea branches, the veranda and the large windows of the house, screened by Sardinian curtains, open onto the bay of the tower with a spectacular view.
White walls, stone or ceramic finishes, furnishings in shades of gray, sand and the blue and turquoise ranges .... the large and bright living area is furnished in an elegant contemporary style, with a large sofa, furniture with essential lines, carefully chosen objects, shells, vases and lamps and design decorations, which have a common theme: the colors of nature and the sea.
The rooms, all with sea view, with attention to detail for maximum comfort and to make guests feel at home, in the magical setting of Chia.
The two bathrooms finished with quality materials have a special masonry shower (crystal and stone ...) (a shower 80x70 cm., a shower 90X70cm)
The kitchen, furnished with furniture specially designed and made by local artisans, is a small and functional area communicating with the living room and overlooking a comfortable and airy patio where there is a practical laundry area and outdoor dining near the barbecue.
The garden around the house communicates with the patio on the back where there is an outdoor shower.
A large private garage / garage under the house is available to the guests of the house together with the cellar.
The house is semi-independent and is located above the ground floor, on the first level, which is accessed by a 120 cm wide main staircase. of 17 steps and a service staircase of 15 steps (width 90cm) located on the rear access.

Summary: Beautiful home in the heart of Chia. Near several amazing beaches. Great home with all the necessary amenities. 50 minutes from Cagliari airport. I highly recommend this property.

Summary: We stayed 1 week and had a great time. The private pool was heaven for us and our kid. We also had a private parking at the beach, so that we did not have to walk the 15mins, which was very nice and unexpected (did not read that in the ad). In the first night 1 AC did not work but it was fixed promptly the next day and the support was very friendly. We also managed to loose the keys and were almost in trouble, as we noticed it at 8pm after which the agency's service hours end. However, we found another great solution, which we do not state here, but I think it should be told other guests as an emergency option. If not, be aware that in contrast to other providers you will be on your own after 8pm. All in all we would come back, especially off-season because Chia was really crowded in July (similar to Costa Smeralda).

Summary: We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful well furnished villa, perfect location with absolute fabulous view. The owner Margherita was incredibly responsive with questions issue we had. The property is very well maintained and the concierge service very friendly and swift in organising any special wish or to fix any issue. The only downfall is Wi-Fi in the house didn't work properly but we all used our phone data so it is not a big issue for us. They cleaned the pool twice and we were very impressed with this service too. We also used our Drone to take lots of video and pictures from the front garden with mountain view. We would stay here again. Once again thank you Margherita

Summary: there were lot of nice beaches very close to the property, nice bars, attractive surroundings. Property very convenient for 7 people. The only minus was close hotel with evening programme, so if looking for quiet sunset be careful😄

Summary: Given the price we paid we expected more. The villa is conveniently located close to many beautiful beaches. Unfortunately its right next to the Chia Laguna Hotel who have a very loud and annoying entertainment EVERY EVENING frim 9 to approx. 11pm. No chance to enjoy a quiet dinner outside or have the kids sleeping with windows open. The villa itself is a bit run down. It was not properly cleaned, with dust and spiderwebs in the corners, towel hangers in the bath broken, old and uncomfortable matrasses, old kitchen with not even a well functioning coffee machine, ac broken (they fixed promptly however!), many ants from day 1. In summary one could say its been a mid-class holiday home at the first-class price.

Summary: We had a great holiday in Chia. The hosts were extremely responsive, any requests were responded to immediately. The villa faces east which means there were some wonderful sunrises for early risers! Very clean, comfortable and well equipped villa.

Summary: We had a lovely week at this villa last week. The nearby beaches were beautiful, the sea stunningly clear, the pool at the property was great - our 3 and 5 year olds absolutely loved it. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. The property is a great size, nicely decorated and very comfortable. After a few nights of playing musical beds with the kids we found the room on the left to have the more comfy mattress (unless you like it really firm. Then go right). The pillows were also incredibly hard but we found that using the cushion fillings from the living room in the pillowcases was far better. Finally I found it a little irritating that the soap dispensers in the bathrooms had no soap (why bother having them there?!) and that there was no washing up liquid in the kitchen. I really feel these are things each guest should not have to buy, so hopefully the property owners can remedy this for the next guests. It's only really only because of these small niggles that I didn't rate the property 5 stars, because it was otherwise perfect.

Summary: We had a lovely stay with our toddler and 5 year old. They loved the villa and the pool. We loved the view, the space and the stunning beaches nearby. Margherita was a great host, friendly and helpful and quick to respond. One day she brought us traditional Sardinian bread and sweets which was a lovely thing to do. The location is close to some fabulous beaches Tuerreda, Chia and Porto Pino to name a few. It is a relatively quiet location with a nice food market across the road but if you like to be close to a town it is worth noting that Chia is more village like. The villa is located on the side of a hill near to a quite large hotel which offers amenities /cafes / restaurants etc. Oh and if history is your thing the archeological site of Nora is close by. We would definitely stay here again.
