Summary: Host was super sweet, and the place was clean with a great view! The location is ideal if you’re in town for a convention at Americasmart. Only downside was the parking pass provided did not work. Apartment is attached to the Hilton hotel which has a lot of great amenities. Would stay again!

Summary: I needed a place to stay for a couple nights while I attended a work event. Gabriella, the property manager, was very easy to work with and made sure my stay was as convenient and comfortable as possible. The area is good, the building is nice, I like that it was attached to the Hilton Atlanta, and I was thankful for all the little extra small touches that Gabriella didn't have to do, but she did. Definitely plan to set a time to meet in the lobby at the Hilton Hotel and retrieve the key to enter the building and the apartment, first. That will ensure the smoothest stay. Thank you, Gabriella!

Summary: Might have been 1st visitor for this location. Was met by a very helpful gentleman and shown apartment and given key. Would stay again, only wish you didn't have to walk into and thru the parking garage to get to elevator, a little scary by my self. But location for Mart was great.

Summary: I stayed at this location during a show at AmericasMart. The location was very convenient-I walked a couple of times, but also took the show shuttle since it picked up at the hotel that is connected. The room is nicely decorated and probably the most comfortable I have stayed at during show visits that were rentals. It has great views and is a nice building. I made some food purchases at the Hilton that is connected. There was a little confusion at check in, but once I was able to connect with the host we made arrangements to meet for the key (it didn’t really affect my particular situation too much as I was close to the Mart). The host was very responsive to my questions and took my simple suggestions for helping future guests. As a guest, I would suggest messaging a day ahead of the stay to clarify key pick up and exchange best contact info so everything is smooth at arrival. Thanks!
