Summary: My overall stay was okay. It was difficult to locate the lockbox to enter the building when we first got there but when we finally got into the apartment it was nice and clean. The pool wasn’t operational at all so that was disappointing. The neighborhood was okay but not the closest to the tourist attractions and old San Juan. We asked to have a later checkout time because our flight was delayed and never got a response so that was disappointing but over all not a bad place to stay.
