Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, however, the check-in procedure was difficult. There was no one there to greet us, and as we did not speak the language and did not have a phone plan we were stuck until a neighbour let us in. The wifi was problematic and seemed to only work in the bedroom right next to the window. However, if you have a data plan, this is not a problem. You could not really read in the living room due to the poor lighting above the sofa, which was mentioned by other guests. If the lightbulb was changed, it would be much better. The host seemed very friendly and willing to offer advice on many subjects. Close to the train station and an easy walk to grocery stores and other transportation.

Summary: Plus: - location close to the Old Town and Prague Castle - walking distance (approx. 40 minutes) or by tram (approx. 10 minutes) - aupermarket and tram stop in the immediate vicinity - well-equipped kitchen - age-appropriate toys and games for children available - high chair and baby cot available, but had to be set up by yourself Criticism: - Question about the car park immediately before arrival was not answered - No indication that the direct road connection between the car park (Železničářů 100/9, 170 00 Praha 7-Holešovice) and the apartment is closed due to current construction work. As it is very difficult or even impossible to find a parking space near to the apartment, you currently have to prepare for a long way round of around 1.5 km to carry your luggage. This is a challenge with a small child. - We were also informed shortly before arrival that there are several stairs in the corridor between the main entrance and the apartment. The apartment is therefore less suitable for a stay with a stroller. - The apartment is older than the pictures suggest, the bathroom is in need of renovation - The flat should be cleaned more carefully, there was a lot of dust on the furniture and the floor (especially under the fridge, sometimes even large balls of dust), we had to remove the dust ourselves so that our crawling toddler didn't come into contact with it. So all in all the stay was ok, but we had hoped for more.

Summary: Location is the key to real estate .... and touring Prague. The VRBO was located a couple of blocks from the underground Metro and tram system. Once on the Metro or the tram-- easy and fast way to access the entire city. If you prefer to walk (our preference) a few minute walk to Old Town. We have visited cities across the world -- nothing thus far compares to Prague. The VRBO was perfect -- nice and clean and set up for a short or longer stay.

Summary: Marketa was very nice and helpful. We had great communication. The property is very clean and comfortable. It has a big kitchen and has everything we need. Location is also convenient enough to get around. Highly recommend!

Summary: First off, the owner met me to go over the amenities. She was extremely nice and took as much time as needed to go over appliances, etc. Many thanks Marketa! Second, the place is large for a European 1 bedroom apt, and is very well appointed in terms of kitchen and bedding needs. This apartment is located in the southern part of Holesovice, a fantastic neighborhood with many shops, restaurants and huge parks, and is just north of Old Town. But thirdly it is within 1.5 blocks of the tram system and the subway, so getting around Prague and the Czech republic is so easy. A+

Summary: Myself and my partner came to Prague in the winter and stayed in this beautiful apartment for a month. It was -18 when we arrived in Prague and the apartment was always lovely and warm. Marketa was great and helped us with everything we needed. The facilities were great and the kitchen was very well equipped. Very handy having a washing machine, dish washer and a hair dryer. Walk in wardrobe was great too! Would definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you very much Marketa and David!
