Summary: Check in was easy and the house has perfect. Far enough from the downtown square but close enough to get back and forth. Enjoyed my stay in Colombia TN and this was the perfect place for my daughter and I to enjoy while playing in local softball tourney.

Summary: I needed to find something close to the Maury hospital so my friend could go back and for to the NICU. This place was perfect. Not only was it super cute inside but it also had 3 bedrooms. The kids room off the living room with the bunk beds was perfect. And me and my friend were each able to have our own bedrooms. The air conditioner worked great. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. I loved the backyard and was able to play with my friends 2 year old out there on the freshly cut grass. I can’t say enough good things about how much I loved the house. But to top it off, our host, Ann Marie went above and beyond to help us in multiple ways. She was super responsive to my calls, texts and emails. When the coffee maker stopped working, she had a new one to us within an hour! When we had to stay a whole extra week, she made it possible in a number of ways. Let me just say, we were able to stay stress free and at the end of two weeks were able to bring my friends baby girl back to the house for a couple days. It was perfect. I can’t thank Ann Marie enough and I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Summary: Unit was in a great location minutes from most of everything needed. Cleanliness did not dictate the expensive cleaning fee, one roll of toilet paper, soap was empty in kitchen and bathroom, air fresheners were empty and house smelled musty, walls had indications of dirty hands on white surfaces. TVs would disconnect from WiFi every time we turned them on. House was cozy for the most part and quiet. Only negative about the stay was the lack of cleanliness that we had to go remedy with air fresheners and hand soap. Either drop the cost of the cleaning fee or step up the standard

Summary: the host was very friendly and accommodating. The house was a a central location with easy access and plenty of room for parking. The house was very cute and spacious enough for the family. There are a few steps in the home so it's not ideal for infants and young toddlers. Cleanliness could be improved, but overall I would recommend this place.
