Summary: The description of this rental was completely inaccurate. We rented this condo based on this property having a heated pool which was clearly advertised in their online rental. We were informed by other condo owners in the same building that it has never been heated. Also, they advertised that there was a spa and private tennis courts. That is not the case. The only place to sit outside was on the balcony which we found very small. We were also informed that we would receive our deposit back after our date at the condo was over and the condo was left neat, which it was. We have not received any deposit. When may we expect this deposit back.

Summary: A nice gateway with the family. A safe area and walking distance from the beach. Also great restaurants and coffee shops. Condo is well stock and had everything we needed. We will definitely return.

Reviewer Comments: The experience was great, couple of things they do probably need a couch to couch is uncomfortable too they probably should put TVs in the bedroom there are some people that watch TV before they go to bed. The couch is a leather couch and you can’t sit on it since it’s a folding out couch you just like through it besides out it was great

Summary: This was a beautiful and very comfortable condo. We were able to walk to the beach and were within a short drive to some of our favorite places, like Caddy's . The only issue we had was that this was our 30th anniversary and we had wanted to go someplace more romantic. We had originally scheduled this condo for spring break with our son, unfortunately, TurnKey (the rental company) would not allow us to use the credit for another property that would have better met our needs. This was the most disappointing part of the rental, especially since our friends who had scheduled with other properties had no problem getting their money back. We were only looking to use our credit someplace else. This was disappointing enough that I may reconsider a property if it is managed TurnKey, although they were great to work with while there.

Both bedrooms could handle a king.

Summary: This condo was super clean! That is always my biggest concern when renting. We loved the location as well as the amenities offered, like the pool, elevator, water view and nice park across the street! We would definitely recommend this property to others and plan to stay there again.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has a great location. It is a short walk to the beach for your morning run or walk. It is a very clean unit and seems to be updated recently. However, it is listed as being able to sleep 6 which was inaccurate. It has 2 queen beds and the pullout sofa which was unusable as the bottom third of the bed wasn't supported as a result of broken springs to hold in place. We had to have 2 of the kids sleep on the couch and love seat. Also, there is a small water heater (maybe 25 gal) which is not conducive for a family of 6 when all of us need to take showers after a day in the sun. The other issue that we ran into was when we arrived, there was no working air conditioning in the unit. We went 2 days without central air. Some of the windows are barred shut and there wasn't a way to get some of the Florida air on the cool nights flowing through the rooms. Turnkey was great in supplying a couple fans as well as a portable A/C unit. They checked in frequently and were happy with their service. The last issue that we ran into was the TV in the back bedroom wasn't working properly. When you turned on the television, it was all snow and could barely make out the TV shows that we watch.
