This charming casita located in the Coronado district offers a recently-renovated interior with a luxe modern feel. Explore the historic neighborhood or head to the nearby city center. Enjoy sunny days in the backyard oasis, complete with a shared pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on your covered patio. Relax in the living area, equipped with a full-size futon and 32” smart TV. Outfitted with stone countertops and exposed brick walls, the modern kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed to create delicious meals. (Please note there is no dishwasher.) When you are ready to eat, dine at the table for four. The sleeping area offers a comfy king-size bed and a closet. The full-size futon in the living area sleeps two additional guests. The sparkling bathroom provides a spacious walk-in shower.
After fun-filled days, fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the covered patio. Enjoy sunny days by the 8'-deep unheated pool. In the evening, relax in the hot tub or gather around the gas firepit. Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Summary: I got off to a rough start trying to access the casita. No one wanted to believe my issue wasn’t operator error and I kept getting the same canned instructions to operate the lock. When the local guy showed up 3 hours later, he replaced the battery in the lock and it was all good after that. The property is a lovely oasis and indoors it is clean and inviting.

Summary: We were 100% pleased with the property and the overall vibe! The casita is well appointed, super comfy bed and we had all we needed.. Although the weather didn't lend itself to taking advantage of the pool, we did enjoy having our own outdoor space for our casita. The front house renters were quiet, friendly and like us kept to themselves. Definitely plan to stay here on our next PHX trip in a few months!

Summary: My spouse and I stayed at this property, while his sister and her family stayed at the main house. It worked great for us to have our own spaces, but be able to relax together in the shared spaces. I really appreciated the pool floaties that were available. The bed was very comfortable. I couldn’t get connected to the wifi at first, but I texted the property manager for help, and they fixed the issue right away! Very helpful, would stay again.

Summary: This was a really nice property. As stated, it is a little house (probably a 2 car garage that was converted to a very nice studio) that shares the property with a larger house. Everything was well thought out and easily fit our family of 4 (2 adults and a 6 year old and 10 year old). Shower was large (although it drained very slowly), king size bed and futon were perfect for our needs, and as the members of the large house were extended family , it was no problem sharing any of the rest of the property. 2 small comments on house: there is no dishwasher, so would have been nice to have a dish rack to dry dishes and the forks for whatever reason were so small!The location was the only thing that I wasn't sure about. We had no problems at all, but it seems like it might be an up and coming neighborhood that still has a ways to go. Some streets were very nice (9th included) but many surrounding houses and streets seem to be neglected, not taken care of or looked to be in the process of being renovated. No problems with people or anything of the sort (everyone was very nice), but just something that I noticed when arriving later at night and then walking around the following days.
